The website, http://www.pokemon-symphony.com, is intended as an informational resource for visitors interested in the concert series, Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions, produced and managed by The Princeton Entertainment Organization, Inc (PEO) and licensed from The Pokémon Company International (TPCi).

2. Our commitment to your privacy.

The Princeton Entertainment Organization, Inc. is committed to maintaining your privacy with clear indication of how information is collected and how this information is being used on our website.

3. Scope of policy.

This Privacy Policy covers our online practices exclusively, and does not apply to third party sites and/or services to which we link.

4. Notification of policy changes.

If we make changes to this policy, we will post the changes here and update the effective date above. Please check our site periodically for updates.

If we make material changes to the way we handle previously collected information from our users, we will notify you more prominently, and if necessary, seek your prior consent.

5. We may collect information from and about you.

Contact information. E-mail address and age verification are required to sign up/register for e-mail updates. We might also collect additional information, such as name or zip code, both of which are optional and can be submitted strictly at the user's discretion.

Other information. If you use our website, we may collect information about the browser you're using. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us.

6. We do not require registration in order for you to use or browse our site.

Purpose of registration. Newsletter/e-mail updates are strictly opt-in and are offered to only users age 13 or older. Children users are free to browse other content or events on our site.

7. Our newsletter/e-mail updates and social media features are not intended for children.

Newsletter/e-mail updates and social media features are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can email us here. You can also write to us at the address listed at the end of this policy. Age verification. Age is verified with a neutral age gate where necessary to comply with FTC per COPPA rules and regulations. As a mixed audience site which is not primarily directed to children, we have the option to prevent children from submitting personal information on our site by way of a neutral age screen mechanism.

We may collect information directly from you. For example, if you register for our newsletter, which is available to users 13 and older only.

We may use information to respond to your requests or questions. For example, we might use your information to confirm your registration for our newsletter.

Because we do not knowingly collect or store any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, we do not currently offer a mechanism to parents to access or modify their children's information, as we don't knowingly have such information in our possession.

12. Your California Privacy Rights.

If you live in California and have an established business relationship with us, you can request a list of the personal information we may have shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We will also give you a list of the third parties that have received your information. You can make a request one time each year.

To exercise your rights, you can email us or write to us at the address below. Mention in your letter that you are making a "California Shine the Light" inquiry. We will respond within 30 days.

13. We use standard security measures.

We have security measures in place to protect your information. The standard security measures we use will depend on the type of information collected. However, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. This site is subject to U.S. laws, which may not afford the same level of protection of those in your home country.
